From a HAT table home office installation to a 100,000+ sq. foot commercial building installation, Office Concepts Arizona (OCA) has the team to complete any size installation to customer satisfaction. With OCA, you don't just get on-site installers, you get an administrative support team to ensure all phases of installation go to plan. All projects are assigned a lead onsite that are dedicated to ensure the project runs smoothly and that if an obstacle does arise, a solution will be promptly provided. Sites will be vacuumed and wiped down upon completion and all trash will be removed from site and disposed of in an eco-friendly manner.

Project Management

Our team has refined skill sets to ensure your project goes smoothly. From initial site surveys and reviewing electrical, data, and critical dimensions to advising on options for reconfigurations when needed or working closely with the design team, we are here every step of the way. Estimates are provided within 24 hours of request with site and product information provided. Upon project award, OCA will track ship dates and ensure product is received as expected or follow up on items that postpone or be on back order. OCA will warehouse product until received complete, less request to install in phases, and provide timely availability to ensure the installation takes place within a desired customer timeframe. Photos are taken throughout the process of receiving, loading for delivery, and upon completed installation. Any punch items are written up in detail and provided by next business day.

Office Concepts Arizona has a climate controlled warehouse equipped with 5 loading docks and a floor level dock. All product upon receiving is inspected and updates provided to our vendors. On all awarded projects, OCA provides 30-days included storage with quote and provides storage options for scope of work outside of projects where storage is needed due to construction delays, relocations, or extra product that will be needed at a later point in time.
OCA keeps all product received organized and grouped by project as well as tagged with information for when the product was received, how many pieces were received, and if the product was received in partially or complete. If stored product is determined to have a disposal need, OCA takes the steps necessary to ensure items are disposed of both properly and sustainably, keeping unnecessary items out of our landfills.

Reconfigure

Reconfiguration & Decommission

Whether you are looking to bring in more team members to the office or downsize and close doors, OCA can provide you with the services required to adjust your needs. Hotels, offices, healthcare, education, coworking spaces, industrial or other specialty items, OCA can serve you in various different settings.
Reconfigurations can be as simple as a desk swap in a station or a complete interchange of offices to communal workspaces. In some scenarios, there will be additional product. OCA can warehouse these items, organize and stage onsite, or take for environmental-friendly disposal. If a complete decommission is required, OCA will ensure to remove all furniture, filing and equipment from site, advising on any electrical that may need to be safely detached from the wall connections and data that may need to be terminated at the wall. OCA will vacuum and wipe down areas making the space presentable and clean.

Warehousing & Inventory

All receiving within the warehouse is inspected and inventoried upon arrival, then documented as outgoing upon load for delivery. The warehouse is climate controlled, has 24/7 surveillance, and kept neat and organized for the team members to easily locate product and equipment. All inventory is tracked through our system for team members to see piece count, dates received, and if a project has been received in partially or complete. With extensive logistics tracking, our warehouse is capable of effieciently fuctioning and ensuring items are kept safe and secured.
